Det får I med Jefferson Bond:
Ever since being found in the woods by the Dalai Lama, Jefferson has always been very good at making up wild and convincing stories.
Jefferson has been a part of the Danish stand up circuit for 3 years but with his absurd observations on Danish and British culture, family life and social norms. This combined with his own brand of highly energetic physical movement and misplaced charm he has already taken Copenhagen by storm. He became the first English speaking comedian to become a finalist in both Sweden and Denmark’s national comedy competition in his first year and has appeared on Danish national television on TV2 and DR Radio. His first one man show ‘My Life as a Rockstar Astronaut and Other Lies’ earned him 4 stars. As well as this he has performed as a supporting act alongside Simon Talbot and Russell Howard in their Danish tour.
You may know him from:
As an actor most recently he has starred as ‘Puck’ in ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ in association with The Royal Danish Theatre and with Lars Mikkelsen as directorial consultant and his voiceover work includes recording for Lego, Mærsk, Novo Nordisk Copenhagen Malmö Port, TV2 and Pandora Jewellery.
He is also apparently very arrogant when writing in the 3rd person.
The dream-master for the night is Jefferson Bond, a standup who was a standout… Both ever-present and energetic… he connects with the audience from the off, deriving hilarity from the rich absurdity of his lines.

Han står og slår ud med armene og sprudler af comedyhumor, og han joker med publikum, så man straks føler sig henført til britisk humor… han er med til at sørge for, at der i Danmark er engelsksproget teater med bid. Thank you!
He stands and strikes out with his arms and bursts with comedy humor, and he jokes with the audience, so you immediately feel attached to British humor … he helps to make sure that in Denmark there is English speaking theater with bite. Thank you! (Translated)
